All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Ask us about orders eligible for same day shipping.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the backordered item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order at no additional cost.
Freight Allowed - $2,500.00 minimum order. Any orders less than $2,500.00 will be freight prepaid and add.
Due to motor freight policy all shortages and damages (visible or concealed) must be reported within 48 hours after receipt of shipment. The documents needed to report damages include the J & L distributors packing list with shortages/damages indicated and a copy of the signed freight bill with shortages/damages notated.

Returned Items
We understand that from time to time you may have a need to return items for credit. The item being returned must be in its original unused condition, in the original box. (This does not apply to defective items.) Returned products are subject to a 35% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund original shipping and handling that you may have paid on the order.
