48 Hour Inspection
Due to motor freight policy all shortages and damages (visible or concealed) must be reported within 48 hours after receipt of shipment. Please notify J & L distributors Project Manager via fax: 866-240-8505 or email pm@jldistributors.com. The documents needed to report damages include the J & L distributors packing list with shortages/damages indicated and a copy of the signed freight bill with shortages/damages notated.
